My name is Lakshya Bamrara
I am a Counselling Psychologist and a corporate trainer. As a counsellor, I have worked with more than 300 clients so far, helping them in their unique journey to unlock their true potential and becoming the better versions of themselves.
I truly recognise the uniqueness of all individuals, and firmly believe that building a good therapeutic alliance with them goes a long way in helping them achieve their true potential. To help my clients in the best manner, I use a blend of psychotherapies such as Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Dialectical Behavioural therapy, and Hypnotherapy.
